The last Falcon Heavy launch was in June 2019, so this one is way overdue! If you’ve been to a regular Falcon 9 launch before and are thinking the Monday morning launch time doesn’t sound appealing, but have never seen a Falcon Heavy, then think again. This thing is bright and loud!!! Check out this video Justin took from the 2019 launch at Kennedy Space Center (YouTube).
The Falcon Heavy launch has been moved to November 1st at 9:40AM ET. Since this moved even deeper into the week, we understand that most people are unable to camp out the night before or even attend. However, some of us are still moving forward with the original plan as stated below, except for the new date and time. Because there is always a chance for rocket launches to change, this will be our last attempt to coordinate for this one. Please check for the latest update at the Space Flight Now web site launch schedule following this link: https://spaceflightnow.com/launch-schedule/
As this is a launch, things can change quickly with delays and scrubs so please keep an eye on the event page on the website and check slack often if you are planning to attend.
Please RSVP below if you plan to come watch the launch with us.
